PCAAMoraira is run by Paul Knott, ex IBM-FileNet Problem Services Manager. (Certified Support Manager) from their office in Tabaira-Moraira. Paul has worked in Computer and Sstems Support and Delivery for 16 years and previously worked with some of the largest Financial Services Companies in Europe managing a team of 35 Engineers. Paul also worked with the FileNET Corporation and achieved both CSM (Certified Support Management) and SCP (Support Center Practices) Certification.

PCAAMoraira have delivered support locally to both Personal and Business customers and is driving their services on the basis of becoming the dedicated IT Support provider for Estate Agents on the Marina Alta.
