Background and Creation
REACT was produced as a result of the needs
of Molino Villas to produce a low-cost solution to replace their existing system, ACT (Sage). The remit was to cover all areas of the Real
Estate Business Model, Buyers, Sellers and Property and to provide the ability to data-mine all this information.

"With REACT I will have updated marketing information daily to manage my clients, Buyers and Sellers,
to enable me to capitalise on my opportunities and to be able to report back to sellers how the marketing of their property

For Buyers we can update them with any new properties or changes with this system and reminders to action
anything on their behalf, a To Do Report, Daily.

REACT PRODUCT INFORMATION
REACT is built ontop of the Open Office suite of Office applications and can be customised-enhanced to meet your
needs.
For all data input and management, Open Office forms are used, from here direct reports are produced to
deliver customer facing data sheets on what is happening with their property. All the data contained in REACT
is held in an embedded database within the product, this means you have control of your data and that you are not held in
any way to PCAAMORAIRA and you are free to manage your own data without having to pay maintenance services to an external
company.
The Cost of REACT is €500 +IVA, this includes 7 hours of consultancy to assist you
in the implementation of REACT in your environment. You can purchase further hours as needed or take advantage or
the purchase of "Multiple Hour Packages" which are delivered at a reduced rate.
